Tim unfortunately went down in the first half of the race. Broke his bike's derailleur and took his free lap. He got going again but he had no way to shift from his 53x11 gear. Somehow he managed to stay in the peleton despite the courses' many slowdowns, speedups and corners. He finished 12th. 8th in the field sprint.
Awesome.
35+ Race
Joe raced in the rain, which makes that course a dangerfield. A small field of 22 started, only 14 finished and Joe took 8th on the day after leading out the pack during the bell lap.
