Hunter mixed it up in the 47 lap Elite race. Only moves of 2 or 3 guys were given any room to run throughout the race. A 2 man break soaked up most of the prime prizes and another pair ended up winning by a handful of seconds. Hunter got boxed in for the sprint but hung tough for 11th in the field sprint, 13th overall.

Miguel stayed tucked in the peleton, avoiding a very very windy front of the race. The field ended up blowing up toward the closing laps with leaders, chasing groups, and guys stuck in between.
