Camp Sloper CX

The Team is proud to have put on another good event and to have brought back exciting CX racing to Camp Sloper. Thank you to ALL the racers that came out.

 Not only did we have a great time putting on the event, but we were excited to compete in it ourselves .

Tim raced a great race, going 10 rounds with James Harmon. Tim looked like he was riding away with it when James charged back, going even with him for the bell lap. The 2 were neck and neck going into the sand pit for the last time and Tim tried to surge away both times thru the sand. James stayed even and had just that little left needed to create gap going into the final stretch and held on for the win. The most exciting finish of the day. Larry was close behind in 6th and Joe K rolled in 8th to put 3 Cheshire Guys in the top 10.

45+

Miguel continues to enjoy his CX season. He was out late the night before banging stakes in the ground and was ready to race the 45's the next morning. He finished near the back of the pack at 12th place.

Cat 4 

Marc was out to defend his lead in the CT cat 4 Series. He did just that by finishing a solid 3rd place. He retains the lead in the Series going into the next event: Cheshire CX. Dillon also raced and was riding away with 6th place when he dropped his chain and had to stop to get it right again. He got 19th.

Gary put together a nice Single Speed Surly just in time for the race and decided to roll in style.

He gets best dressed of the day by far. Can't wait to see what he has planned for Cheshire CX!
