Hunter stuck around for the Sunday race outside of Philly. The city-park course was flat with a lot of grass, some mud, deep sand, etc. It had a little of everything. Hunter lined up in the very back of the 30 rider field and it took a while before he was able to pick his way thru the riders. By the time he got up to mid-pack, a group of 6 or 7 was clear of the rest and going away slowly. Hunter got locked into a group of 3 that ended up catching a couple of riders who faded toward the end of the race. 10th place on the day.
